Hi,
Does anyone know where to start looking for a loan for a major rehab project? I have experience rehabbing houses but nothing of this size. I am guessing this will take at least $1M. The building is a former high school that is in the process of being converted to apts. and has been foreclosed on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
