I would like to hears of some new or creative ideas for selling homes. Lets hear if anyone is doing anything different beyond classifieds. If you have a particular calssified that really works spell it out. Is there anyone doing display ads. Anyone using billboards for selling. What wording have you found successful on postcards. Seems like Richard Roop is mostly into buying. Also Scott Rister has developed programs for mostly buying. I would like info on selling better.
Best Marketing to SELL Houses - Posted by JoeB(Atlanta)

Hi Bill, one idea we use is to mail a postcard or mailbox/doorknob flyer to 200-300 surrounding homes to your house for sale, with a headline like “You can Pick Your New Neighbor and Earn $500”. Then explain how they can refer friends or family to this beautiful new house (list details and photo) AND get paid a $500 referral fee.
This is just one of our many great, practical, marketing ideas we use everyday.
Hope this helps,
Joe Brillante

most buyers are not shopping classifieds. Get good exposure first, then get creative.
