You can get 90% LTV towards the purchase price. You will have a more difficult time finding a lender to fund purchase and rehab.

Anybody know of a lender that’ll do above 80% ltv on an apartment building. It’s currently occupied and I’ll be converting them to condos. have 400k, but need some for rehab.

A loan structure based on loan to cost would work best here…

We have a lender that will do a non-recourse loan, with only 5% equity in the property, close within 30=45 days, with a libor rate plus 1, with terms for 10 or 15 years.
