I am about to knock on the doors of the banks to purchase REO’S. I need to know the best approach, who to talk to, how to talk to them, etc… I know this is a tough nut to crack but feel that once I have a relationship established, this would be a great source for houses. Anyone who has such a relationship, please offer advise. Thanks

dress to the hilt

ask to speak with the president

tell him you have a “bankers assistance program”…
if his bank qualifies…

see, the group of investors you are associated with have a small problem…

they have some “…assets they need to move around”

(hey gang, any of this sounding familiar?)

and that your interested in a small portfolio of RE paper… somewhere around 10-15million dollars worth…

do they qualify?

LOL! this is the way i learned it…
from Terry Vaughn… The Great!! and i know it worked!

i know it loses something in the e-version…
but man it was impressive as heck in person…
Terry is a super Dynamic Speaker / story teller…

Around here, local RE Brokers are regularly and routinely given this properties to list and sell. Before approaching your banks, find out how they handle them so they’ll know you’ve done some homework.
