Some investors have a license. Most do not. I tell them that I am interested in buying their house. There is a huge body of information in the archives on the pros/cons of getting a license. It is a very common question.

I was wondering with all of the successes, not once did i see anyone mention having a real estate license. If that is the case, what is the selling line if the seller asks you about your credentials or is it just the position that they are in to sell the house?
