Are you selling the homes to retail buyers? or flipping to investors?

If its to investors, this can work depending on their funding criteria from their bank, we can do that.

We have a bank that doesnt have what is typically considered seasoning issues, they can close prior to the 90 day seasoning “restrictions”.

But they would not do a simultanious close to a retail buyer for a property i am “selling” that I dont own. Doubt that you will find any bank that will, except maybe by special arrangements with a smaller local bank where you have a solid relationship with a loan officer who is making an exception to the rule, maybe.

Dont know if that helps.

I am based out of new york I would like to do back to back closings on my short sale deals but I need to have a bank or credit union with no seasoning that my end buyer can use on a same day back to back closing.

Does anyone know any banks or credit unions that have no seasoning requirements?
