There is still hope. giving up on anything you want is defeat in itself. I work for a mortgage company parttime, financing is available 1 day after a BK is discharged. If you can show job stability and qualify income wise it can be done conventionally. This site is devoted to Creative Real Estate Investment, which does not use conventional financing. This means you can find a creative deal and purchase with out credit as a factor. Your credit is important so dedicate yourself to improve your score from here on out.
