Something is wrong with that deal. I’m an agent in Atlanta and I have written hundreds of offers to banks and I have never seen a bank back out of a contract that was accepted. Did they accept it verbally or in writing?

I’ve heard of unscrupulous realtors which don’t enter bids because they have favorite investors who they hold these properties for or they are trying to buy them themselves.
