You’d have to check with your state laws. I think NY is pretty tough on landlords. In NH, I can remove the home from the lot so I can re-rent the lot.

my question has to do with bank owned home in MHP’s. Can the onwer have the bank owned homes moved out of his park? or does the owner try to negociate a “short sale” with the bank? let’s say a guys has a park with 20 lots, 5 are occupied, and the rest are vacant bank owned homes- How does he fill the vacant lots if the homes are bank owned?
