More than likely, there ARE a bunch of new investors who may have attended a seminar or something. Still the chances are that many of them won’t be able to think creatively enough to solve a caller’s problems. So just make sure you can and you’ll have plenty of business.

I havent seen a bandit sign in San Diego for RE the whole time I’ve lived here. Of course I wasnt specifically looking for them most of that time, but I still think they are being planted in groves!
Took a walk through one of the neighborhoods this morning plastering flyers and noticed a ‘We Buy Houses’ sign I’d never seen before. In fact I’d never seen any bandit signs here before this one.
Later on, after coming back from pre-fore knockin I saw another. Different number and slightly different message.
Just coming home from seeing some friends I see another one in a place I’ve never seen anything!
So I’m wondering…I’ve heard the real investors here talk about what happens after some big seminar comes to town, the streets are covered with these things…so is this whats going on here, its all newbies?
I just thought it was interesting. Guess I’d better get mine out there and steal some calls!
Be sure and take down the phone numbers and call them up. Tell them if they get a deal that is not quite right for them or extremely difficult to do that you pay for assigments and referalls.
