Does anyone have any info on the tool that can be used to post bandit signs 8-10’ high on telephone poles besides having to use a step ladder?

You need a hammer tacker from Lowe’s for $12 and a box of staples. If you want to post that high then duct tape it to a broom handle. Epoxy a little finish nail on the bottom of the face of the hammer tacker to hold the sign up until you pound it once, then hit a couple more times.
