I used to dislike the “Billboard” guys too, till I thought about it…
They get alot of calls, and many times they will turn down a house. So, now I like the billboard guys.

I don’t use bandit signs, but plenty in my area do. Yesterday I was checking on one of my homes and noticed some thoughtless investor had “hit” an area with his signage. Not content to put a sign up here and there, this investor would find a partucularly visible location in a residential area and plaster 3 signs on a privacy fence, or alternatly they’d stake up 4 signs in a row on the roadside. Talk about overkill! These signs were tacky, unsightly, and they reflect poorly on us all.
If you have to use bandit signs, please use them responsibly. When you put them up, keep in mind you’re putting them up in people’s neighborhoods…an area they consider home and an area they undestandably don’t want to see trashed with overdone tacky signs…Just my vent!

Russ, did you also call the number to let the person on the other end know how it affects every investor in the area?
My pet peeve is those investors who put up billboards!
