I work in Bakersfield. There’s every kind of deals. Wholesale flips, rehab project, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures. Lots sub-2/lease-option possibilities. You name it, you can do it there. Just don’t bank on too much appreciation. But Bakersfield has a brisk selling market right now and the area is growing.

Getting directed transfer to the Bakersfield area. Any ideas on what kind of deals to do in the area. Maybe what seems to work best. Need house for myself at this point.
