I had no idea that Azam had a program for sale on the Internet, what an interesting idea. I have been investing money with him for years and I love him and the whole team. I seriously doubt any of the negative people in here have found a better substitute, Oz is truly one of a kind. Two thumbs up, way up.

O.K…Can anyone honestly say that they have earned a"net" profit after buying and implementing the basic program? I am interested in results. Whether or not he is a nice guy, weird or being investigated does not matter to me. Can a real person show me some proof of a “net” profit?

Perhaps people should be more educated. Azam Meo is nothing more than a fast talker who repeats himself over and over again like he is trying to state something without actually saying anything. Also why is it that the Feds and IRS raided his home in May of 2003? He’s nothing more than an investor, we could all think of the things he talks about and I don’t need to pay that kind of money for his nonsense. Don’t worry I’m sure he’s still be investigated and he will go away eventually. Also who in their right mind would rent their house out to somebody with poor credit and risk taking the chance that those renters may cause extensive damage and/or skip out? I think we pretty much know the answer to that. Nothing but a bunch of fools you are.

I have known Azam for years, we have worked together on various projects. He is a very hard working, honest man. He has been nothing but great with me. I reccomend his program to anybody I talk to.

A friend of mine suggested I hire Azam to do some consulting work for an industrial software business of mine, so I do not have any knowledge of his real estate teachings but I must say I have never been so amazed by an individual in my life. I have been a part owner of this business for nine years while it has been in operation for 14 and he has done more in seven months than we have the entire time we have been in business. He was not cheap but well worth it, since meeting Azam I feel like a ‘walking testimonial’

I agree Barry this guy is the real deal, Nick I went through his program around eight times and I never saw a single mention of renting out a place to anybody but I may have missed it. The whole FBI thing is a little weird but I can attest for his material it was great and I was a former chairman for New York’s investor club so I have seen these gurus come and go. Azam Meo has my vote for what its worth.

Nick - my wife and I bought his crash course and it changed our lives, I have spent over $30,000 trying to learn how to invest full time and his is the best I have ever read. My wife has been sick for two years and if it wasnt for Azam helping us I would have to work while she died in bed, I dont think you have any idea what you are talking about and we are no ‘fools’ you should take your nastiness elsewhere, I bought his program after reading these forums so I know people do read them. I am one of Azams students. He was actually never a student of Joes they are really good friends and have worked together for a while. I am in Azams Mentor Program and along with his stuff I also got some of Joes stuff. I really like Azam though he is very “user friendly”.
