I have heard the above statement many times. I am faced with a property where I would like to take over a non-ssumable mortgage for 40K. However I am petrified of the due-on-sale. I’ve heard it mentioned that you can get around it using a land trust.
Could someone please take a moment to explain.Would be very grateful.
