If Tim owns this property, I don’t see why he couldn’t auction it himself. If he’s thinking of auctioning someone else’s property, now that’s another issue.

Only a licensed auctioneer can sell a property in this manner so if you are thinking about doing it yourself think again. I’m not so sure about round robin auction, though. Perhaps someone else can shed light on that for you.

As to selling fast, I don’t know why you can’t use an agent. If you price your house right FOR YOUR MARKET and in such a way that it’s a bit below market price it will still sell fast.

I’ve used this same method for every property I’ve sold and it’s worked each and every time.
