Wow! They can do that? Seems fishy to me. I might follow up with a lawyer to find out if it’s legal but I would surely move on and not let this stop me.

Has any one had this to happen,I attended a auction last Friday 12/1 that was held to sell all of a local doctors holdings.I was the the high bidder on two properties ,
one a 4 unit and a three unit.bids were 15250 and 12000,
you can can see why i was excited buying these when both are next door to a college ,rents in this area are 350 to 400 for 3 bedroom apts.The sale was over and buyers were waiting to make their checks for the 10% down per sale rules when a lady pulled up to the curb,ran up to the people in charge and said she wanted to bid on all the prop.
as a package ,they restarted the sale and combinded the prices of all props.then it took 148000 to bid so you know what happened next ,I got no buys and wasted 1/2 day. Just wanted to know if this is a normal thing?
