I don’t know if you have the “legal” right because you don’t own the property but ask the seller can you have a “open house” to market for what ever the reason. peace,

I am curious to know whether a homeowner or someone who
has beneficial interest in a property by signing a purchase
contract with the seller, has the legal right to auction the property off to an end buyer. (the property would be
in the state of california).
