Realtors in my opinion need to respect what we do as a whole. Most realtors I speak with will only do it their way or no way. Also, when I do all the work in doing comps, repair estimates, don’t ask to be shown the house by the realtor, and prepare an offer, the least that the agent could do could be to prepare my offer and then present it in a timely fashion. I respect their time, but they don’t always respect mine.
They always try to make me sign papers, see all sorts of houses, and then wait until they are ready. It is frustrating.
