I am leasing a home from a landlord who ran with the money! The property I was renting from him has an appraised value of $800,000. (Tax value $650,000)
7,000 sq. ft. 4bd., 7ba., 3 car garage, pool.
The guy whom I was leasing this property from had a 1st. mtg. for $525,000 and a 2nd. mtg. (credit line) for $210,000
The 1st. mtg. foreclosed 2 weeks ago and the second was wiped out! I will be negotiating soon with the foreclosing lender on purchasing the property which will be turned over to their REO dept. in the next few weeks.
I will get this property under contract for $525,000 and will be willing to assign the contract to any serious investor for $70,000.

I just want to move out and get the money I’ve poured into this deal!
