Yes, Jim. I deal with a number of investors that do simultaneous(double) closings. They range from 65-90% financing at closing, with the seller taking back the balance of the purchase price as a second lien. Those can be sold also with the proper language written into the contract. Who I use depends upon the particulars of the deal, the property, the buyers, and their credit/income. What are you looking to do?

Do any of you know of any lenders that offer no seasoning cash-outs refi, and double closings? If so, who are they and what are there terms? I am a Carteret Broker.
