Looking for any Atlanta investors that can move properties quickly. I have a 5, 2, 2 garage with 2 fire places in Stone Mountain that a friend needs to unload. Do you guys/gals know of any investor associations that I can possibly contact to help him out? He’s had it for a couple of years and is tired dealing with it. Motivation is the operative word here. Open to almost any deal that will get it gone. Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks Michaela buti’m not interested in joining a group in Atlanta. I just need a contact of someone that might be interested in this possible deal. Asking price is 280k. Not presently rented but family member is staying there to maintain it.
