Anyone, I found a mobile home park 55+ lots on about 9 acres. Seller has old FHA assumable mortgage. My question is can I assume the mortgage and either immediately refi to cash out seller or immediately take 2nd in dual closing to cash out?

Any suggestions are welcome.
