I am looking for Assisted Living Facilities to purchase anywhere in the U.S. with the following criteria: Currently operating, but at 40-70% occupancy, minimum of 50 beds, less than 10 years old or at least rehabbed in that time period, and there is no maximum on price or how many facilities. I am also interested in the possibility of Master Lease Option (MLO). Any prospects?
