I would like to know what to write (and where) when making a contract with an “assignment to” on both sides, from owner to person contract being assigned to, and from there to the new buyer of property. Any information given is appreciated.

An assignment of contract, is a seperate form. It might be good to have a lawyer do the first one for you. The form can be found in a book of legal forms. Probably available at your library.
