A REA is required to represent somebody else, as an agent.
Anybody can represent himself, pro se, in any kind of deal w/o any kind of license.

I’m confused on how someone can legally assign a contract. It appears to be EXACTLY like being a REALTOR(c). Is it legal and if so, how does one “get around” the REALTOR licensing laws?
Many thanks,
