Is anyone in Texas using Lonnies forms exactly as they are found in DOW? I’m trying not to have to pay a lawyer to look them over. If they aren’t legal can someone please send me a Purchase Agreement/Sales Agreement/Promissory Note I can use in this state? I hope it isn’t wrong to ask for this. Chris

I modify mine some. Search the archives for notes in Texas. Better than that look at a note from your bank, and check the different.I know some people use them just as they are in DOW. You might search the Texas finance code. They have a web site. A small fee to an attorney, might pay off in the long run.
