FHA insured loans can be sold short. In this case, FHA makes the final decision. There are some additional rules, but it can be done.

Are fha loans still insured up to 80% by fha is it is sold via a shortsale. Or do banks forego the shortsale in order to keep the property and let it go to sale to keep its fha insured status
