I’m making database of all the Mobile Home parks in my area by looking at the Yellow Pages… I was wondering from others experience if they think that most are listed this way? Have you found Parks not listed in the Yellow Pages?

Is there someplace you can contact with a listing of all of them?

When I started trying to locate all the MHparks, I called the town/state to find them all. I got a huge print out (I think I paid a small fee) but it was worth it since I was relatively new to the area.

Yellow page advertising can be expensive and not cost effective for smaller parks or parks with alternative means of attracting tenants (dealer referals etc.). Most areas require a business license or health dept. registration for MHPs. Find out who the local governing authority is and try to get a list from them.
