Any parks in particular you wanted info on? The cap rates went between 2.75% and 17.75 %. Lots of people and lots of phone bids!

Just returned home from the auction. I’m surprised there hasn’t been much chat about it. When I first heard about the auction I went online to see if I could find out any info. I found this website and I read up on a few peoples insight. I think this is a great site, and have been viewing it daily since. I have some info. on the sales if anyone wants to know. I documented the selling price on the first 35 or so. I purchased #35, the one I really wanted. Glad to disclose if anyone wants to know.
