Well I just did anouther awsome deal, I was out riding the speed bumps and found an abandoned double wide home, It has been vacant for five years, After a few phone calls I have title in hand ( cost= Free) The park gave me 4 months free space rent and the owner insisted god had sent me as the answer to her prayers. It sits in a very nice park that is central to the city, I expect it will cost me less than 4k to fix and I have not decided on the sale price yet, but I will bet I come out on top. I also made an offer on a single wide yesterday that should be good if the guy follows thru.
