I don’t know the reasons you had trouble in the past. Be straight with your next broker and tell him/her the reasons for past trouble and if they can help with a product that solve your problem.
This is my second home, I am purchasing. I want to know are there any questions that I should be asking the mortgage broker prior to doing business w/ them?
I have had trouble in the past, having gone through 4-5 brokers before I could successfully refi my house and I do not want to go through the same game that they play again.
Is it better to do business w/ a broker within my state or from out of state, are they any advantages or disadvantages?
