I have a seperate business account set up at the bank. I give some of my tenants incentive to do ($50 per month refunded at the end of the year, for each month the payments arrives on time)
Just make up a form with your bank address and routing number. I would check with your bank to make sure I have the right numbers. Tell you bank what you are doing and they can help you.
