Rates change daily, even hourly. Rates are different for different loan products, as well. The rate I got two weeks ago is irrelevant since it is not available to you today.

I would like to just to a check on what the rates everyone is getting on there refinance. Or if there considering doing a refinance or lease option with a buyer, Taking over the loan, If your doing something like this would you please let me know. thanks
