I would like to find out if this company Foreclosure World is worth it’s weight in Gold???
What they do is send you tons of foreclosures straight from the bank and give you the loss mitigations phone number.
Any help would be very grateful!

Foreclosure World provides garbage data. Their information is really old (most of the properties have already been sold) I would suggest www.sb-rec.com in (AZ, CA, FL, NM, WA)
