If you don’t Lonnie yours? I don’t have deep enough pockets yet, but called around, and 21st says it will finance qualified buyers (with 5-10% down) for my unattached single-wide. Are their any others who will do so?

As you’d learn a lot more about if you come out to Steve’s MH investor get-together in Seattle this coming fall, I’ve done a number of little, older, SWMH financings and make some piddlin’ few bucks that way.
I’ll be talking about how I do these MH loans for fun & profit and how you can do them too.

I just completed the sale of a 1999 Oakwood I rehabbed. Buyer financed through 21st, and it only took 2 weeks to close. I just gave the buyer the 1-800 number to call and sat back.

21st won’t lend on anything older than a 1978. I bought a 1977 on land last month with hard money. Do you know of any companies that would loan on the older ones? Thanks
