I’ve been 21 years in this country and i couldn’t live in germany anymore.
I’m not sure where i’ll be heading. Am really tired of the southern mentailities. Hate cold weather (so, no northeast or midwest). love warm weather. Ideally, i’d love to move to san francisco, but i’m not sure i could deal with the cost of real estate there.
i have to play it by ear whenever i’m ready to go.

I’m not that structured ;-). The deals i like i take, the ones I don’t i don’t take.
I have to say, even if the deal had better numbers i really wouldn’t be interested in it. I know the intown Atlanta market. I don’t know the suburb market.
Subsequently i’m really not interested in the deals, that aren’t in the market area, that i know inside out.
I’m picky - what can i say - lol. It’s not about money for me. I will always come up with the money, that i need. I make 6-figures that way and that’s fine for me.

We’ve had temperatures in the 80’s all this last week! We got a little rain with some wind so far this night, but it’s still 66 and its 10pm!
Gotta love it!
Give San Diego a try…plenty of culture + LA is close too.
You might try moving to Florida since it is not really considered “THE SOUTH”;-D In addition, it stays relatively warm all year around. Plus the cost of living is pretty cheap depending what city you choose to live in. Florida has no state income tax. Our governor is kin to the Commander and Cheif. You do not have to worry about earth quakes like you would in San Francisco. If you avoid living in Miami and trailor parks then you will not have to worry about the harricanes or tornados that occur every year. Lastly Florida is not the “Peoples’ Republic of California”(quoted from Bill Bronchick)
