I am looking for several websites that I can use to estimate home values, I would like it to be free. I know intellus is not free but they do have home info, has anyone ever used this sites service and if so how accurate is the info. I am working with an agent, but it takes about a day to get the cma so I am looking for a faster way. I am getting my Real Estate license, to have access to all the market info and I will be able to do my own CMAs when I need too, I am looking foward too that, until than anyone know any good sites? Check and see if your local MLS has a consumer website. Many MLS organizations have come to the realization that consumers want access to more data, and they will get it one way or another. They are even starting to show sold comps in addition to active properties.
