Are there any Web sites that could be used to run “Comps”, as a substitute? I do not have access to the local MLS system.

I use Yahoo! Real Estate section, “What is my home worth” button. Gives comps for about a mile radius around the home. Also, I found Domania.com to be helpful since it gives you a handful of comps even if you have not subscribed.
