I’ve gone the hard money route and it’s stiff. I understand why? I have good income, employment history and excellent credit. As usual, I don’t have any cash for the 20% down. I spoke to a broker the other day and he didn’t want to talk to me when he found that out.

How can I find out what else is available out there (lower NY) other than hard money?
