A few years ago the city passed what they called an “Anti-Predatory Lease Option Law”. You can still do them if you don’t violate the law. The “law”, in my opinion, has also protected real cre investors and reduced the number of scamsters and wannabes.
I’ve be doing Lease to Own in Cincinnati for years, including after the new legislation, with no problem.

I read some threads about Cincinnati having laws about Lease-Options in the city of Cincinnati. I was wondering if there was any update or repeal/change of that overbearing law?
