I’ve been doing Lonnie Deals for 10 years in Wisconsin. I’m now focusing on buying Mobile Home Parks and doing Lonnie Deals in my own Parks.

I have a park located on the southwest side of Fort Wayne, IN that has about 10 vacant lots. I’m willing to work with any Lonnie Dealiers (free lot rent, have my manager show the homes, put the homes on my website, etc) who’d like to bring homes into my Park.

I’m also willing to help mentor any newer Lonnie Dealers.
