Can any of the CREOnline gang recommend a good hard money lender in the Puget Sound Area of Washington State?
I?m doing mostly lease options and subject to?s, and I want to build a good relationship with several good hard money lenders so I can do more of the deals that I have been passing on.
Preferably someone that you have used and are happy with.
I have found that there is quite a difference between finding a hard money lender and finding a “good” hard money lender. Most of the investors I have talked to here would NOT recommend the hard money lender they used. Sad but true. Thanks!
