I’m in the Biz with Joe right now…his system does bring in the calls, and all negotiating (for now) is completed on his end.
As far as deals go…well, he’s very very busy right now putting offers together. Paydays to follow.

I have been contemplating buying one of his courses as well, but haven’t made up my mind if I’ll go with his, Bronchick’s or the LeGrand program. Anyone have any ideas?
BTW, does anyone know if Joe was in a TV sitcom a number of years ago? He looks a lot like “The Beav”!
