An ad that is in the mobile home colum is probbly targeted as well as need be.

If you want faster then you may want to consider runnning ads in several publictions at once.

Faster comes with a price tag.

My largest local paper won’t let you say anything that would make it seem you are marketing towards young couples, or single folks.

This is a problem when that is who would fit in your mobile.

Any possible way to explain this to a classifieds editor?
Sometimes it is even a restriction the park makes.

It’s pretty funny how you can start an ad with “+55” and not have a problem but when your ad reads “No +55” you’re discriminating.
Your legal system at work.

Philip,
Why worry about it? Just state your ballpark terms and the people who fit the category will identify with it.
