Sold another one. Bought 1982 12x65 3/1 in October for $2500 rented for 5 months at $400 per month including $150 for lot rent and sold this month for $5,000 at $500 down, $226 per month for 23 months That makes 5 sold with financing, 3 flipped for cash all since last October. Pretty much all just as Lonnie wrote.
