I’m doing a sandwich l/o and I have people asking me if I’m the owner. Do I tell them that I’m managing the property or do I tell them that I’m the owner?

Tell them that you are the seller.

Tell them that you have exclusive control of the property.

If they question that, perhaps they aren’t the most motivated buyers.
