Just to add about the locks.
With some lenders it’s not about the locks, even if you have something locked, they wont honor it if the file has not been submitted. The majority are not like this but definitely check with your lending source.
Also, watch the lock expiration dates. If the deal doesnt fund by the expiration date there will be no chances for extensions.
