Hi, searched the archives and found mixed reviews regarding Ameriquest accepting shorts. But before I get too far I wanted to pose this question:
If there has been a bankruptcy, is it worth my time to try and deal with the bank?
The owner bankrupted his business, and this home back in Feb 2004. He was paying two mortgages, and currently owns and lives in another home. Auction set for early Feb 2005. He doesn’t care what happens to the house. He is still paying garbage on it, but not the mortgage. I have the loan number, but can not get through to anyone at Ameriquest until Monday. The house is vacant. The house would probably sell in the 90k area, and the loan is maxed.
