I know Rancho Cucamonga is some pretty classy real estate and Mr.Ed Garcia must be the real deal, still before I put a $38 million dollar purchase offer and $10 mil dollar, secured by a first, deal in front of him, I’d like to know he is the real deal. I understand being recommended by the publisher of Creonline.com holds weight here. Question?
Has anyone here used Mr. Garcia in the past here for a successful closing on any transactions in this size?
